The STAR WARS AT-ST model kit is an incredibly detailed, etched model that's a lot of fun and satisfying to put together. It starts with two 4-inch square sheets of steel and ends in a 3D model. Simply use the easy-to-follow instructions included with the sheet to extract the pieces, bend the tabs, and connect them at the attachment points. No glue or soldering is required.

While not as imposing as its larger AT-AT walker cousin, the AT-ST served as a significant addition to the Imperial side of the battlefields in the Galactic Civil War. The two-man craft is lightly armed with chin-mounted laser cannons and side-mounted weapons pods. The two-legged transport, nicknamed by many as the scout walker, serves as a reconnaissance and patrol vehicle, often flanking approaching AT-ATs and picking off infantry sneaking between the larger walkers. The Imperials used AT-STs in both the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor.
