1. Introduction

1.1. KATZER creates the website “katzer.com” (hereinafter the “website” and/or Facebook) to offer its products and/or services, as detailed throughout this document.

1.2. The terms and conditions described in this document (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") govern all access, entry, operation, reservation, purchase, transaction, subscription, and/or any other action taken by Users and Subscribers on the website and/or Facebook.

1.3. It is necessary to read and carefully review the Terms and Conditions in order to understand the products, services, prizes, restrictions, and other relevant information offered on the website and/or Facebook page.

2. Definitions

2.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the most important concepts that must be taken into consideration are listed below:

a. User: A natural person, 18 years of age or older, residing in Peru, or a natural person from other countries, considered of legal age in their respective jurisdiction, who purchases in the virtual store on the website and/or Facebook, accepting the Terms and Conditions at the time of the purchase process.
b. Subscriber: A natural person, 18 years of age or older, residing in Peru, or a natural person from other countries, considered of legal age in their respective jurisdiction, who registers on the website and/or Facebook, having previously accepted the Terms and Conditions, and has an active monthly subscription to the website and/or Facebook.
c. Account: means an account on the Website and/or Facebook, created by a Subscriber of the Website and/or Facebook.
d. Website and/or Facebook: This is our website and/or Facebook katzer.com.
e. Facebook: This is our Facebook page : www.facebook.com/katzerperu
f. Online Store: Section of the website and/or Facebook focused on the sale of KATZER merchandise to Users and Subscribers (hereinafter, the “Products”).

3. Scope of application

3.1. The Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between the User and KATZER. By purchasing the Products and clicking "I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS," the User acknowledges that they have reviewed, read, understood, and expressly accepted the Terms and Conditions and, consequently, agree to comply with them strictly and fully.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, you will not be able to complete the purchase process in the Virtual Store and/or Facebook.

3.2. By creating a Subscriber account on the website and/or Facebook and clicking “I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS” or “SUBSCRIBE,” the Subscriber acknowledges that they have reviewed, read, understood, and expressly accepted the Terms and Conditions and, consequently, agrees to comply with them strictly and fully.
Likewise, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Subscriber declares that he/she acknowledges the review, reading, understanding and acceptance of the KATZER Appreciation Awards Regulations (the “Regulations”, hereinafter).
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, you will not be able to make purchases in the Virtual Store and/or Facebook, create an Account, or, consequently, participate in the prizes specified in the Regulations.

3.3. KATZER may modify the Terms and Conditions in whole or in part. If this occurs, the Subscriber will be informed of the corresponding modifications through publication on the website and/or Facebook, for their acceptance. If they do not agree with the modifications, their account use will be suspended.

3.4 – 3.5

3.4. Any modifications to the Terms and Conditions will become effective upon their publication on the website and/or Facebook. Users are solely responsible for reading, understanding, and accepting them.

3.5. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the complaints book, the privacy and personal data processing policy, and the Thank You Awards Regulations, as well as any other information deemed important, are available on the website and/or Facebook.

4. Subscriber Registration

4.1. Registration on the website and/or Facebook is exclusively for natural persons 18 years of age or older residing in Peru, or natural persons considered of legal age in their respective jurisdiction, provided they have the legal documentation proving this. If there is any doubt, registration will not be accepted.

4.2. Under no circumstances will registration be accepted for natural persons who have not reached the age of majority in Peru or in their respective jurisdiction.

4.3. To register, you must visit our Facebook page, click the "subscribe" button, and make the payment.

4.4. Once registration is complete and the new account is active, the Subscriber will have full access and will be able to participate in the Thank You Rewards.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Subscriber will receive a notification with the additional information that must be completed for the complete configuration of his/her profile, requesting:

• Gender
• Nickname
• Residential address

Additionally, you will receive another notification asking you to verify the email address registered with your account. Once this verification is complete, you will be able to log in and make transactions on the website and/or Facebook.

Both the information indicated in section 4.3 and in this section are necessary for the acceptance of any prize if you are the winner of the prizes offered, as specified in the Regulations.

4.6. The Subscriber agrees to register their account with true, valid, correct, and complete information. If these Terms and Conditions are not complied with, KATZER reserves the right to block, suspend, or close the account, as well as cancel any prizes and benefits generated.

4.7. Only one Account per natural person is permitted. If multiple account creation or identity theft is detected, KATZER reserves the right to block, suspend, or close the account, as well as cancel any prizes and benefits generated.

4.8. KATZER is authorized to conduct verification processes, either itself or through third parties, if it has indications that the information entered is incorrect, false, or misused. It may block, suspend, or terminate the accounts of the offending Subscriber.

4.9. KATZER is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of the Subscriber's account by third parties. If the Subscriber becomes aware of any unauthorized use, they must immediately report it via the support page, with the subject line: "Unauthorized use of my account." However, under no circumstances will KATZER be liable for any repercussions resulting from such an event.

4.10. Any transaction or operation carried out in the Subscriber's account, using the correct password and username, will be considered valid by KATZER.

5. Obligations as a User and Subscriber

5.1. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the User guarantees and acknowledges:

a) That you are of legal age according to your jurisdiction and have no legal impediments to operating on the website and/or Facebook.
b) That you use the website and/or Facebook exclusively with the intention of purchasing the Products offered.
c) That you purchase Products on your own behalf.
d) That all information provided is true, valid, and complete. In the event of any changes, you agree to amend it immediately.
e) That any payment made does not come from a prohibited or illegal source.
f) That you are not involved in fraudulent activities or using software or hardware for improper purposes. KATZER may block your access if it detects such practices.

5.2. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Subscriber warrants and acknowledges:

a) That you are of legal age according to your jurisdiction and have no legal impediments to operating on the website and/or Facebook.
b) That you use the website and your account exclusively to participate in the prizes and purchase Products offered by KATZER.
c) That he participates in the awards on his own behalf.
d) That you purchase Products on your own behalf.
e) That all information provided is true, valid, and complete. This information will be used to deliver prizes and products; therefore, it is the Subscriber's responsibility to keep it up to date.
f) That all payments or transactions made do not come from an illegal source.
g) That you are not involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. KATZER may suspend, close, or block your account and invalidate your participation in prizes if it detects irregularities.
h) You agree to maintain respect and decorum during physical or virtual events. You will refrain from harassing, intimidating, or attacking participants, organizers, or third parties.

In the event of aggression or inappropriate behavior, anyone may file a complaint by:

• Website support page and/or Facebook
• KATZER's official Facebook page
• Authorized KATZER personnel

KATZER will evaluate the complaint and, if appropriate, may suspend or terminate the Subscriber's account and exclude the Subscriber from current and future contests.

5.3. The User agrees to fully indemnify KATZER for any damage, loss, or expense resulting from their improper use of the website and/or Facebook.

5.4. The Subscriber agrees to fully indemnify KATZER for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of their participation in the prizes or their misuse of the website and/or Facebook.

6. Closing the Subscriber Account

6.1. KATZER reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate any Subscriber account that violates the Terms and Conditions or infringes laws, morality, or public order. KATZER may initiate any legal action it deems appropriate.

7. Virtual Store 7.1. Through the website and/or Facebook, the User or Subscriber will initiate the process of requesting the purchase of KATZER merchandise by issuing a purchase order. All purchase orders will be subject to validation by KATZER to consolidate acceptance of the purchase. 7.2. If the purchase order is verified by KATZER, the User or Subscriber will be informed of the order status via email. KATZER reserves the right to change and/or cancel the status of the purchase order at any time if it detects any type of fraud or violation of the Terms and Conditions. This cancellation may occur at any time, up to and including delivery of the product. 7.3. The pre-sale of Products will be subject to receiving a certain number of purchase orders; the order collection process will take between 2 and 3 months before the start of production is confirmed. If production begins, KATZER will communicate with buyers via email informing them of the production completion date and all updates regarding the status of their orders. For logistical and environmental reasons, KATZER reserves the right to determine the purchase orders necessary to begin production, to receive purchase orders, and to change the length of the order collection and production period, if necessary. 7.4. KATZER will offer Products to Users and reserves the right to offer exclusive Products to Subscribers. 7.5. Products offered on the website and/or Facebook may only be paid for using our website's payment gateway, or directly by bank transfer, official KATZER Yape, or PLIN. The exchange rate that may apply to Users not residing in Peru is based on the exchange rate set by the payment gateway and/or transfers. 7.6. KATZER is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, fees, payment processing delays, overcharges from the payment gateway, and/or transfers. 7.7. The corresponding generation of invoices and receipts will be done through the SUNAT platform. 7.8. The descriptions, photographs, and videos related to the products offered on the website and/or Facebook are intended to provide as much information as possible and are for reference and illustrative purposes only. 7.9. Upon delivery of the product, the User or Subscriber must sign a delivery certificate. This will be understood as the User or Subscriber's agreement with the condition and characteristics of the delivered product. 7.10. The condition of the products will be the sole responsibility of the User or Subscriber once they have been delivered or made available to them. Delivery of the Products sold on the Website and/or Facebook will be made to the residential address previously provided by the User or Subscriber. KATZER reserves the right to reconfirm the delivery address. 7.11. Shipping costs will be charged to the User or Subscriber at the time of purchase, and delivery of the products is limited to Peruvian territory.
8. Shipping, Refunds, and Returns 8.1. If the User or Subscriber believes that the purchased Products have been delivered incorrectly or in poor condition, they may request a refund by returning the Product they believe to be incorrect or in poor condition. The refund request period is 7 calendar days from the date of signing the delivery receipt. To request a refund, the Product must be new, in good condition, with no signs of use or deterioration, and in the same condition as it was delivered. To request a refund, they must notify KATZER within 7 calendar days of signing the delivery receipt via the Facebook and/or WhatsApp message box. To access this box, they must click the "Message" button at the top of the website and/or Facebook, fill in the requested information, and indicate the type of support they require. Once the request is received, KATZER will review the refund request and provide the appropriate response within a maximum of 3 business days. 8.2. If KATZER verifies that the Products have been delivered incorrectly or in poor condition, upon express request from the User or Subscriber, it will notify the User or Subscriber of its approval of the refund request by email to the address provided by the User or Subscriber who purchased the Products. The corresponding credit note will be attached, and KATZER will contact the payment gateway to request a refund.
9. Subscribers 9.1. To become a Subscriber, you must have an active subscription, which must be paid monthly (monthly subscription) through the website and/or Facebook. The current cost of the Subscription is as follows: S/ 8.50 (eight and 50/100 Peruvian soles) for users registered in Peru. US $3.00 (three and 00/100 American dollars) for users registered in other countries.

*The price specified is the one shown on a computer; if the user wishes to subscribe from another device, this price may vary. Payment must be made through our website and/or Facebook. The exchange rate that may apply for foreign currencies is based on the exchange rate set by Facebook and/or the payment gateway. As a subscriber, you will be automatically charged once every 30 days, as a recurring payment, starting on the day of your first payment if you chose the debit or credit card payment method. The KATZER subscription fee is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and may take several days to appear in your account. It is the subscriber's sole responsibility to keep their payments current. Your billing date may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences. If payment cannot be processed for reasons not attributable to KATZER (lack of funds, card expiration/cancellation, etc.), the account will remain active. However, the Subscriber will not be able to participate in exclusive subscriber prizes and other exclusive benefits until payment is regularized. 9.2. KATZER is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, fees, payment processing delays, or website and/or Facebook overcharges. 9.3. The corresponding invoices and receipts will be generated through the SUNAT platform. 9.4. Being a Subscriber comes with exclusive benefits such as participation in exclusive subscriber prizes and exclusive product sales. KATZER reserves the right to expand the exclusive subscriber benefits. Subscribers may not transfer their membership. 9.5. KATZER is authorized to use additional procedures and/or means to verify the Subscriber's identity as a security measure when registering on the website and/or Facebook and when making payments for subscription renewal. 9.6. By accepting the terms and conditions, Subscribers accept and acknowledge that there will be mandatory emails, such as those referring to notification of winning a prize and/or purchase confirmation emails.

10. In-Person Events In-person events are understood to be the physical participation of our subscribers and their guests, whether of legal age or minor, in an activity organized by KATZER in commercial or entertainment venues. The number of guests for each in-person event varies depending on the organization of the event by KATZER. The list will be created based on the subscribers who select "attend" the in-person event and accept the terms and conditions described in this clause. The list of attendees has a closing date and time and once this closes, the selection of attending subscribers is made through the website www.random.org. Subscribers may attend with the number of companions that the event allows. If an event only allows one (1) guest per subscriber, the subscriber may not bring more than one (1) person to the event. If a subscriber attends with more than one companion, access will be limited to only one (1) of their companions. The number of guests a subscriber can invite can be viewed in the event details when indicating the number of guests they wish to invite. If the module does not allow adding more guests, it means the subscriber has reached the maximum number of people they can invite. Once the event closing time is reached, no more attendance requests can be submitted. A confirmation email will be sent to the selected subscribers. Only subscribers who can attend the date, time, and location described in the event details should click the "attend" button. If a user clicks "attend" and does not attend, their access to future in-person events will be limited. Once the subscriber accepts the following terms and conditions of the in-person event, they become an accepting user:

A. Certification of attendance and authorization to use the subscriber's image

Instruct the minor to maintain moderate behavior and follow any instructions that may be given by the persons in charge of directing the event.

Without prejudice to maintaining moderate behavior, I will inform the minor of the rules of conduct for the event, which are mentioned in section 5 of this document, specifically in section Point 5.2. literal H, declaring its acceptance and mandatory compliance.

Assume responsibility for any harm the minor may cause. Personally coordinate the minor's transportation ("to and from the event"), whether at their own expense or through the institution they belong to (school, private or state entity or organization); it is my sole responsibility to ensure this is done punctually at the start (arrival) and end (pick-up) times of the event.

Be attentive and attend to any communication that may be made to me during the event.

The acceptor confirms their attendance after accepting the terms and conditions of the in-person event on the katzer.pe website and/or Facebook page organized by KATZER.

I hereby declare that I am physically able to participate in the event and that I have no known health restrictions that could jeopardize my safety or health, or that of others, during the event. Should emergency care be needed, I hereby authorize immediate and reasonable emergency care. I agree to be solely responsible for the full payment of all medical care costs I may receive.

In addition, if I attend with a minor guest (see point C), I agree to:

I also authorize the taking of photographs or recording of videos that may contain my image and/or voice; as well as the taking, recording, publishing, or obtaining testimonials or other statements from me; and the use, copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, publishing, exhibiting, presenting, and otherwise using them, in whole or in part, for advertising purposes; without generating any financial compensation. The photographs or videos may be modified, edited, reproduced, exhibited, or distributed in any other way, in whole or in part, provided they do not substantially change or distort the original content.

I waive, release, and discharge the event organizers and their sponsors, as well as any other entity related to the organization of the event, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages of any kind, arising from the event or the activities of that day, and I promise not to make any claim or cause of action for injuries or losses that I may suffer due to or related to my visit.

I declare that I am over eighteen (18) years of age and that I have read and understood the above.

On the other hand, if the accepting subscriber decides to attend with a guest of legal age, they must send the invitation only to their guest. If another person's information is entered on the invitation form, it cannot be changed later. The subscriber agrees to inform their guest of the existence of these terms and conditions, which they must accept in order to participate in the in-person event:

B. Certification of attendance of guest(s) of legal age of the subscriber and authorization to use image

Maintain moderate behavior and follow any instructions that may be given by those in charge of leading the event.

Without prejudice to maintaining moderate behavior, the subscriber will inform the guest of the event's rules of conduct (Point 5.2.h), as well as their mandatory compliance.

Assume responsibility for any damage that the guest may cause.

The acceptor, if he/she has included companion(s) at the time of participating for his/her ticket to the in-person event, declares that said companion(s) will attend the event organized by KATZER.

The authorization allows the guest to participate in the event's scheduled activities. In this regard, the guest(s) and the subscriber agree to:

Likewise, the guest(s) authorize the taking of photographs or recording of videos that may contain the guest's image and/or voice; as well as the taking, recording, publishing, or obtaining testimonials or other statements from us or the guest; and the use, copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, publishing, exhibiting, presenting, and otherwise using them, in whole or in part, for advertising purposes; without generating any financial compensation. The photographs or videos may be modified, edited, reproduced, exhibited, or distributed in any other way, in whole or in part, provided they do not substantially change or distort the original content.

Furthermore, the guest(s) declare that they are physically able to participate in the event and have no known health restrictions that could jeopardize their safety or health, or that of others, during the event. Should it be required, the guest(s) consent to immediate and reasonable emergency care. The guest agrees to be solely responsible for the full payment of all costs of any medical care they may receive.

Accordingly, on behalf of the guest, his or her heirs, representatives, or any other interested party, the guest waives, releases, and discharges the event organizers, as well as KATZER, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages of any kind, arising out of the event or the activities of that day, and promises not to file any claim or cause of action for injuries or losses that the aforementioned guests may suffer due to or related to their visit.

The guest declares that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age and that he/she has read and understood the above.

Finally, if the accepting subscriber decides to bring a minor guest, they must send the invitation only to their legal guardian. If another minor's information is entered on the invitation form, it cannot be changed later. The subscriber agrees to inform their legal guardian of the existence of these terms and conditions, which they must accept in order for them to authorize the minor to participate in the in-person event:

C. Authorization in case you are attending with a minor

The accepting agent, as father, mother, guardian or legal representative of the minor, authorizes the aforementioned minor to attend the in-person event organized by KATZER.

The authorization allows the minor to participate in the activities scheduled for the event; the authorization does not allow the guardian to attend the event unless the guardian is the same subscriber who is inviting and attending the event.

Likewise, the guardian authorizes the taking of photographs or recording of videos that may contain the image and/or voice of the minor; as well as the taking, recording, publishing, or obtaining testimonies or other statements from the minor; and the use, copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, publishing, exhibiting, presenting, and otherwise using them, in part or in whole, for advertising purposes; without generating any financial compensation. The photographs or videos may be modified, edited, reproduced, exhibited, or distributed in any other manner, in part or in whole, provided that they do not significantly change or distort the original content.

Furthermore, the legal guardian declares that the minor is physically able to participate in the event and has no known health restrictions that could jeopardize his or her safety or health, or that of others, during the event. Should it be required, the legal guardian authorizes immediate and reasonable emergency care. The legal guardian agrees to be solely responsible for the full payment of all costs of any medical care the minor may receive.

Accordingly, on behalf of the attorney-in-fact and on behalf of the minor, his or her heirs, representatives, or any other interested party, the attorney-in-fact and the minor waive, release, and exonerate the event organizers, as well as the venue where the event is held, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages of any kind, arising out of the event or the activities of that day, and promise not to file any claim or cause of action for injuries or losses that the aforementioned minors may suffer due to or related to their visit.

The attorney declares that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age and that he/she has read and understood the above.

A. Certification of attendance and authorization to use the subscriber's image

I declare that I am of legal age and confirm my attendance at the in-person event organized by KATZER , after accepting the Terms and Conditions published on https://katzerperu.com/ and/or Facebook.

I further declare:

• That I am physically able to participate in the event and have no known health restrictions that jeopardize my safety or the safety of others.
• If necessary, I authorize immediate and reasonable emergency care, assuming full payment of all incurred medical costs.
• I authorize the taking of photographs, video recordings, or testimonials containing my image and/or voice, which may be used in whole or in part for advertising purposes without financial compensation. Such material may be edited or modified, provided it does not substantially misrepresent the original content.
• I waive any claim or legal action against the event organizers, sponsors, or other related entities for any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer during my participation.
• That I have read, understood and accept the rules of conduct of the event described in point 5.2.h of the main document.
• That, if I attend with a minor (see point C), I agree to instruct him or her on the event rules, assume any responsibility for his or her behavior, coordinate his or her transportation, and remain available for any communication from the organizing team.

B. Certification of attendance of guest(s) of legal age of the subscriber and authorization to use image

If the subscriber decides to attend the in-person event with an adult guest:

• The invitation must be sent exclusively to the designated guest. Changing the guest's name once entered on the form is not permitted.
• The subscriber agrees to inform his/her guest about these Terms and Conditions, compliance with which is mandatory for participation in the event.

The guest declares:

• Be of legal age and physically fit to participate in the event, without health restrictions that pose a risk to themselves or others.
• Authorizes emergency medical care to be provided, if necessary, and undertakes to cover any resulting costs.
• You agree that photographs, recordings or testimonials may be taken during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes by KATZER , without the right to financial compensation.
• You acknowledge that you must maintain appropriate behavior during the event, following the instructions of the staff in charge, and that your attendance implies acceptance of the rules of conduct specified in point 5.2.h.
• Release the organizers and any related entities of the event from all liability for damages, injuries or losses that may arise from your participation.

Likewise, the guest(s) authorize the taking of photographs or recording of videos that may contain the guest's image and/or voice; as well as the taking, recording, publishing, or obtaining testimonials or other statements from us or the guest; and the use, copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, publishing, exhibiting, presenting, and otherwise using them, in whole or in part, for advertising purposes; without generating any financial compensation. The photographs or videos may be modified, edited, reproduced, exhibited, or distributed in any other way, in whole or in part, provided they do not substantially change or distort the original content.
Furthermore, the guest(s) declare that they are physically able to participate in the event and have no known health restrictions that could jeopardize their safety or health, or that of others, during the event. Should it be required, the guest(s) consent to immediate and reasonable emergency care. The guest agrees to be solely responsible for the full payment of all costs of any medical care they may receive.
Accordingly, on behalf of the guest, his or her heirs, representatives, or any other interested party, the guest waives, releases, and discharges the event organizers, as well as KATZER , from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages of any kind, arising out of the event or the activities of that day, and promises not to file any claim or cause of action for injuries or losses that the aforementioned guests may suffer due to or related to their visit.
The guest declares that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age and that he/she has read and understood the above.

11. Thank you awards and prize giving

11.1. The mechanics, restrictions, conditions, and requirements for Subscribers' prizes are specified and detailed in the Rules and Regulations. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges having reviewed, read, understood, and expressly accepted the Rules and Regulations.

11.2. With regard to the delivery of the prizes, the Subscriber agrees to follow the corresponding legal procedure, as specified in the Regulations.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1. The User or Subscriber may not use the KATZER website and/or official Facebook page in an illegal manner, or in any other way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

12.2. The User or Subscriber authorizes KATZER to use their personal information for any commercial purposes it deems appropriate, in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

12.3. KATZER shall be authorized to provide personal data entered by Users or Subscribers if required by law or court order.

12.4. KATZER , through its website and/or Facebook, collects a small piece of information sent from the browser called a cookie . If the User or Subscriber wishes to disable it, they should consult their browser's instructions.

13. Claims, complaints and/or suggestions

If the User or Subscriber has a complaint, claim, and/or suggestion regarding the products and services offered by KATZER , they may do so through the contact section of the website or by entering a form in the virtual Complaints Book.

14. Limitation of liability

14.1. The Subscriber is solely responsible for his or her actions and the consequences thereof. Therefore, participation in the prizes is at his or her own risk. KATZER offers no guarantees of any kind.

14.2. KATZER does not guarantee that the website software is compatible with all browser versions.

14.3. KATZER does not guarantee that the software and the website are error-free.

14.4. KATZER does not guarantee that the website and/or Facebook will be accessible without interruptions.

14.5. KATZER shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, arising in connection with your use of the Website and/or Facebook.

15. Non-compliance

15.1. If the User breaches any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or is involved in illegal, suspicious, and/or fraudulent activities, KATZER may block their access to the website and invalidate their purchasing processes.

15.2. If the Subscriber commits the same breaches, KATZER may block, suspend or close the Subscriber's account.

16. Intellectual property

16.1. The User may not infringe the intellectual property rights of the software made available by KATZER . The User may only use such software for personal use and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

16.2. All content on the KATZER website and/or Facebook page—including designs, text, graphics, charts, videos, information, and other content—is the exclusive property of KATZER and/or its licensors. No content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization.

16.3. Registration on the website and/or Facebook, the purchase of products, or participation in prizes does not grant the User any intellectual property rights.

16.4. KATZER reserves the right to initiate legal action against any User who makes improper, illicit, or unauthorized use of the distinctive signs, products, services, or content present on its digital platforms.

17. Applicable legislation

17.1. Any situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the legislation in force in Peru.

17.2. The User agrees that any legal dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of the Judicial District of Lima, waiving in advance any other jurisdiction.

18. Assignment of contractual position

KATZER is authorized to assign its contractual position and/or rights arising from this agreement without requiring prior acceptance from Users or third parties, if applicable.

19. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any electronic communication between the User, the Subscriber or third parties with KATZER , may be used as evidence in judicial, administrative, arbitration or any other type of proceedings.
