Before accessing the services offered by the company KATZER WITH ITS TRADEMARK "KATZER" (hereinafter "THE COMPANY" ) through its website WWW.KATZER.COM , (hereinafter "THE WEBSITE" ) under the domain katzerperu.com , we ask you to carefully read the general terms and conditions detailed below. Likewise, each time you use any current or future service of THE COMPANY, you will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of use applicable to said services. These specific conditions will prevail over the general conditions in the event of a contradiction between the two.

DELIVERIES

Delivery times begin counting once the purchase is confirmed, in Lima it has a period of 1 to 2 business days and in the provinces of 2 to 3 business days (business days: weekends / calendar holidays and holidays determined by the state are not considered. Calls prior to delivery are not made). If during the established period the 2 visits are made and the client or person in charge of receiving the product is not at home, the initially agreed period will be extended; prior coordination with the client, in addition to this, the client must pay for the third visit to the registered address or store to pick up the product, according to the given agreement. In case of not contacting the USER at the telephone numbers and contact emails registered on THE WEBSITE, after 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts in contact, the order will be canceled.

The estimated delivery time will be as indicated in the purchasing process on THE WEBSITE and will be confirmed in the Product Shipping Date Confirmation email.

According to established policies, the customer or the person receiving the order is obligated to check that the box or bag containing the product is sealed and shows no signs of prior opening (open, other packing tape, or box damage). If you detect this, DO NOT accept the product and must immediately contact THE COMPANY . After accepting the product, the CUSTOMER may not file a claim for damage to the product or missing parts. Only claims for warranty issues or any other issues described in the Return and Exchange Policy will be addressed.

Important Notice: The sale and delivery of products is subject to availability and stock availability. If a product is unavailable, THE COMPANY will immediately notify the customer and refund the full price paid for the product, plus shipping and other charges.

We have 02 payment gateways: Mercado Pago and Culqui .
Below we will detail what type of payments are made through each gateway.

If you want the benefit of paying in 3 interest-free installments , you must use Mercado Pago with BCP, BBVA, or Dinners Club credit cards to make your purchase and receive this benefit.
If you wish to place and/or pay for your order through Mercado Pago, whether to obtain the benefit or to make a direct payment, you must have only a Visa or Mastercard.

If you wish to pay with YAPE, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Dinners Club debit or credit cards, you must use CULQI to complete your purchase and payment.

The Products selected by the USER to continue the purchasing process will be registered on the WEBSITE until the purchase is confirmed. For this purpose, the COMPANY may send emails and/or communications to the addresses and personal information provided by the registered user as contact information, in order to remind them of unfinished purchases of the selected Products.

In this regard, the USER agrees to receive communications from the Company via any means of electronic or telephone communication, for the purpose of reminding them of unfinished purchases of the selected products.

Once the purchase of products on THE WEBSITE has been processed, the USER will be notified online. The USER will receive an email (ticket or purchase order) informing them of the order number and the product(s) purchased. RESPONSIBILITY

Under no circumstances shall THE COMPANY be liable for: I) any improper use by visitors to THE WEBSITE of the materials displayed, or of industrial property rights and intellectual property rights; II) any content on the pages that the USER may access, with or without authorization from THE WEBSITE; III) any access by minors or persons without legal capacity, under the terms of applicable law, to content relating to the contractual relationship arising from THE WEBSITE.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

CANCELLATIONS

After making a purchase, the user has 10 hours to cancel their order before it is shipped; after this period, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs and will only be refunded for the value of the products.

If the order has been received, the USER must request cancellation within a maximum of 5 business days, by contacting info@katzerperu.com. or by phone at 910 493 956 / 983 243 454 , where they will tell you how to return it within a maximum period of 5 (five) business days. The cancellation will not be valid if the USER opened the packaging, or if the product received shows any damage or mistreatment. In such cases, the corresponding refund will not be applied under any exceptions.

WARRANTIES

In order to provide the USER with better service, THE WEBSITE will intervene to help enforce the warranty of any product, with the brand supplier being solely responsible for its compliance.

All products are offered with the quality, technology, and warranty period granted by the manufacturer or supplier of the brand. The USER is obligated to inspect the product received and, if damage or manufacturing defects not attributable to the USER are detected, they will have a period of 5 (five) business days from the date of delivery to request the corresponding clarification.

ADVERTISING

By subscribing, you consent to KATZER using your personal data for commercial, marketing, advertising, and opinion research purposes.

In particular, KATZER will be authorized to analyze my interactions with the company (such as my purchase history and intention, the use of applications, social networks and personal data that I share with KATZER) in order to send me personalized commercial messages about the brands that KATZER represents: Komatsu, Diecast Master, Norscot, WSI Models, Conrad, First Gear, TWH, Weiss Brother, Volvo.
