The IMPERIAL SHUTTLE model kit is an incredibly detailed, etched model that is a lot of fun and satisfying to put together. It starts with four 4-inch square sheets of steel and ends in a 3D model. Simply use the easy-to-follow instructions included with the sheet to extract the pieces, bend the tabs, and connect them at the fixing points. No glue or soldering is required.

An elegant example that stands out from the typical brutal Imperial engineering, the Lambda-class shuttle is a multipurpose transport used in the Imperial Starfleet. The Empire put the ferry into service for both cargo and passenger service. Even the Empire's elite, such as Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine, used these shuttles. It has three wings: a stationary central blade and two articulated flanking wings. When in flight, the side wings are deployed for greater stabilization. Upon landing, the wings fold, shrinking the silhouette of the craft. The well-armed vessel has two forward-facing twin laser cannons, two wing-mounted twin cannons, and one rear-facing twin laser cannon. It is equipped with a hyperdrive.
