The GAME OF THRONES - RED KEEP model kit is an incredibly detailed etched model that is a lot of fun and satisfying to put together. It starts with four 4-inch square sheets of steel and ends in a 3D model; simply use the easy-to-follow instructions included with the sheet to extract the pieces, bend the tabs, and connect them at the fixing points. No glue or soldering is required.
The Red Keep is the fortress seat of the King of the Seven Kingdoms and the Iron Throne. It is located atop Aegon's High Hill in King's Landing, the capital of the Seven Kingdoms.
Dominating the city from the summit of Aegon's High Hill, it is an impressive fortress built of pale red stone. The wall, much of which rises directly above the cliffs at the mouth of the Blackwater River, defines an inner perimeter with seven enormous, squat towers crowned by iron bastions. Within the barbican is Traitor's Walk, at the end of which is a low, semicircular tower containing the entrance to the dungeons, through a wrought-iron door and another of splintered gray wood. The intermediate floors contain the chambers of the Chief Gaoler, the Lord Confessor, and the King's Justiciar, while the upper floor houses cells with a certain level of comfort.
