The FOOKER D-VII model kit It's an incredibly detailed etched model that's a lot of fun and satisfying to put together. It starts with four 4-inch square sheets of steel and ends with a 3D model. Simply use the easy-to-follow instructions included with the sheet to extract the pieces, bend the tabs, and connect them at the fixing points. No glue or soldering is required.

Manfred von Richthofen praised this aircraft as the best he had ever flown. It offered excellent performance, yet was safe and easy to fly. Richthofen's recommendation led to the first provisional order for 400 production aircraft. In total, Germany produced around 3,300 D-VII aircraft in the summer and autumn of 1918.
