We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; clearance items cannot be refunded.
- Returns or refunds do not apply if the product is imported (PRE-ORDER - PRE-SALE) or is an exclusive model (discontinued).
- It should be noted that the company is not responsible if the customer fails to follow up on their order as instructed by our sales department. If the customer fails to follow up on their order, they will be responsible for the administrative costs indicated (otherwise, the customer must maintain constant communication with our sales department).
How will the refund be made?
The refund will be issued using the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and, at the latest, within an estimated period of approximately 30 business days after receipt of the items or proof of return. KATZER is not responsible for delays or other circumstances that may be caused by third parties when issuing the refund.
Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@katzerperu.com . You will need to send the product to our store at the following address: Mz M Lote 15 Urb El Pinar, Comas - Lima . If you are in the province, you must send it to the indicated agency.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, you'll need to check your bank account again. Then, you'll need to contact your credit or debit card company. (It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
